Open Water Swimming Technique

Have you been wild swimming for a while now, but want to elevate your skill set? Do you want to develop your stroke so you feel more confident in the water? You are in the right place.

This is a weekend specifically designed to help you develop your swimming in open water.

We will be focussing on front crawl and breast stroke technique, working on efficiency for longer distance swimming.

What to expect:

- Open water skill development

- Video feedback of your stroke

- Personalised feedback and plan for continuing your development beyond the retreat

- Strength and mobility work for swimmers

- A friendly group atmosphere where you can work on your swimming among likeminded people

Led by myself and Sheena, we combine our collective coaching and personal racing experiences to help you improve your swimming experience.

From long distance swimming events to competitive triathlons, we have a huge depth of personal racing experience and coaching knowledge, which you can gain from throughout the weekend.
