Open Water Swimming Coaching
Are you looking to enhance your open water swimming technique for improved efficiency over longer distances?
Swimming a long distance in open water is a very different experience to the equivalent distance in a pool.
I place focus on improving efficiency in your front crawl and breaststroke technique (the main strokes we use in open water) so that you can glide with ease for longer.
We will also look at specific skill development for open water events, such as sighting, turns and entry/exits.


Depending on your ability and confidence levels, I can either be in the water alongside you, helping with physical demonstrations of technique and drills, or on a paddle board beside you, supporting and guiding from above.
I use my years of personal experience training and competing in triathlons and coaching qualifications to help you to improve in the water.
